Recently renovated and fully equipped in January 2024, it is ideal for a vacation or business stay. Located a 5-minute walk from St. Peter's Square, all the attractions of Rome's historic center are easily accessible via the Ottaviano MetroA station or the San Pietro train station. Situated on the first floor with a convenient staircase and elevator, free Wi-Fi.

The apartment can accommodate up to four people and consists of a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower cubicle. The bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. Free Wi-Fi is available, and air conditioning units in each room complete the experience.

It is located in the "San Pietro" district, just a short walk from St. Peter's Basilica and the Historic Center. The area boasts shops and restaurants of all kinds, including a renowned food market right across the street from the building. There is a supermarket 30 meters away and several paid parking lots nearby. The "San Pietro" train station is approximately 250 meters away, and there is a bus stop just outside. Within 350 meters from home, you can reach the historic center and all of Rome's most important attractions.

The "S. Pietro Station" light rail station is located 200 meters away. It will connect you to Termini Station in just a few stops. Various bus lines will also take you to the historic center. There is a 24-hour paid parking lot just a few meters away. A 10-minute walk past St. Peter's Square will take you to the Metro Line A, from where you can reach the Historic Center, Barberini, Trevi, and the Spanish Steps in just 3 stops.
